I learned motion design the hard way — so you don’t have to.
I'm Maejor — Maej to most people. Much like you, I got my start on YouTube making content with no clue about media production. I once filmed an entire series on a Sony Handycam. The project needed to have that polished look, but all I had access to were free iMovie graphics. I couldn't afford an agency, and crowdsourcing let me down, not necessarily from bad work, but because those sellers were simply filling an order, not helping me figure out what I actually needed.
This felt frustrating, but that discomfort inspired me to earn an A.A.S. in Design & Media Production Technology and Motion Graphics, a BA in Film & Media, and a certification in Film & Television Production. Essentially, that's what this whole thing is about: the help I wish I'd had.
I specialize in 2.5D Broadcast Animation | On-Air Motion Design — the polished on-air graphics you see on TV (intros, lower thirds, transitions), built in dimensional 2.5D so your brand looks broadcast-level.
At my core, I'm a content creator too — and helping creators like you reach pro-level quality is how I fund my own film ambitions at Buckeye Road Productions, building toward the authentic, narrative stories the studio was founded on. I'm obsessed with that finished, polished look, and I take real pride in turning the visual layer of your brand into something instantly recognizable and truly trustworthy.
